We require high calibre individual to join us for the following position:
Responsibilities

To provide property valuation and professional services in China
-
Perform property valuation and advisory related projects for listed & private entities
-
To conduct market research and collect property information from various sources
-
Required to perform valuation and market study tasks on an individual basis
-
To co-ordinate/ liaise with Savills mainland China teammates as from time to time as required in different valuation tasks
-
Maintain a good relationship with clients and enhance the market exposure of the business
-
To act as project manager and lead the project team to fulfil task allocated
-
Candidates with less experience will be considered for proper position
-
Required to travel to PRC when necessary
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines (such as Accounting, Finance, Economics)
-
At least 6 year’s experience in property valuation
-
Possession of professional membership of HKIS/ RICS in the General Practice Division is a MUST
-
Post MHKIS/ MRICS qualification experience is an advantage
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
-
Candidates with less experience will be considered for proper position
