Responsibilities

To provide property valuation and professional services in China
-
Perform property valuation and advisory related projects for listed & private entities
-
To conduct market research and collect property information from various sources
-
Required to perform valuation and market study tasks on an individual basis
-
To co-ordinate/ liaise with Savills mainland China teammates as from time to time as required in different valuation tasks
-
To provide supports as required by senior management
-
Required to travel to PRC when necessary
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate or related discipline
-
At least 5 years’ experience in property valuation
-
Professional membership of HKIS or RICS in the General Practice Division is preferred
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Fluent Mandarin is a must
-
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Valuer/ Valuer
