Requirements

Degree in Building Services or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Minimum four years post graduate experience

Experience in property/facility management preferred

Good communication skills with all levels

Good written and spoken English and Chinese

Hands-on knowledge of PC applications

Innovative and able to apply new technological and management skills in practical situations
