Group Finance - Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

Responsibility includes but is not limited to the preparation of consolidated reporting packages, maintain books and records for some of the firm’s subsidiaries, prepare regional management reports, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting & assist in planning, ensure that control standards are maintained and documented, work closely with other areas within the Group Finance division regionally, liaise with the subsidiaries’ finance heads in the region as well as with internal and external auditors.
Requirements

University graduate majoring in Accounting or related disciplines

A qualified professional accountant designation; Finalist will also be considered

Minimum of 3-4 years accounting experience, preferably with a big 4, and with 1-2 years in a supervisory level

Strong PC skills; Proficiency in using excel spreadsheet is a must

Experience in using Hyperion or similar reporting tools is a bonus

Independent, committed, self-motivated, proactive and a strong team player; Must be focused on meeting tight deadlines, with strong control awareness

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; the ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus
